These machines are generally used by the automotive and heavy engineering industry for broaching of external surfaces like the matching surfaces of connecting rod big end, steering racks sector gears, and turbine blades, etc. These machines produced are in standard and table-up versions. These Broaching machines are available in different versions like Single station, Multistation and Special Purpose Custom Built-in both types, Horizontal and Vertical. Surface Broaching Machines are available in either Standard design or in Table-Up design in the capacities ranging from 6 to 100 tons, strokes of 600 to 3000 mm and cutting speeds up to 16 m/min.
