Table-Up Broaching machines are improved automatic versions of Vertical Pull-down and Vertical Surface Broaching Machines with lots of advantages over the conventional machines like no requirement of the pit and/or raised a platform for operator. In these machines the job is placed on the machine table which moves up with the job, the broach remaining stationary, and the operations are carried automatically without any manual handling of jobs and Tools. These Broaching machines are available in various versions like Single station and multistation designs including Internal Broaching and Surface Broaching in the capacities of 6 to 200 tons, strokes of 600 to 3000 mm and cutting speeds up to 16 m/min.
